Moves 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training

Moves YTT is a 200-hr yoga teacher training brought to life through two complementary voices — Shayne Cohen's 35 years of devoted practice and Annie Moves' contemporary approach to conscious Living.

Noelia will lead their Sound Healing Workshop, where trainees will explore how sound can support regulation, presence, and deep rest, while learning to integrate this powerful practice into the spaces they hold for others.
