A Six-Session Journey with Marcos Jassan
NAMO's second Residency brings architect and yoga teacher Marcos Jassan to the Sanctuary for a six-session journey moving from the body's structure into its stillness. Teaching since 1997 and the founder of a 200 and 300 hour certification program that has trained more than 960 yoga teachers worldwide, Marcos works at the intersection of alignment, anatomy, breath, and Ayurveda, a practice built over three decades and refined into something precise, embodied, and whole.
The series unfolds as a single continuous arc rather than six separate workshops, each session standing on its own while building toward the next.
It opens with The Structure of Peace, where peace is treated not as a feeling to chase but a structural condition, built through Tadasana and sustained muscular engagement.
