NAMO Retreat | Deià, Mallorca

Four days in the mountains of Mallorca, given fully to sound, movement, and the parts of yourself that are ready to grow. This retreat carries forward everything that made NAMO's Bali experience transformational: sunrise practice, daily sound healing, and a small group held closely by two facilitators who know how to guide real inner work, now set against the cliffs and olive groves of Deià.

Guided by Noelia Madiedo and Nelson Leon, this is an invitation to step fully into your body and your breath, to let the gong move what words can't reach, and to leave with a nervous system, and a sense of self, that have truly shifted.
